Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from USSR Box. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Used items cannot be returned unless they are defective. Returned merchandise must have the supplier’s packaging and tags and be in the same condition in which it was received. Pickup and/or restocking fees may apply. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item.

If the item was not delivered according to the tracking number or the item was damaged due to poor packaging, we also accept returns. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If you are approved, your return will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. Late or missing reimbursement. If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company. Official notification of your refund may take some time. Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before the return is issued. If you have completed all of this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at seller@ussrbox.com.

Refunds will only be issued if they apply to regular priced items. Discounted items cannot be returned.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at seller@ussrbox.com.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of your returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver sent the order to himself to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift-giver and he will know about your return.

Refund on delivery. To return an item, it must be sent to the physical address indicated in the email. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
